Extractions

Extractions are sometimes necessary if you have an overly crowded jawline. Dr. Yajaman will elect to perform an extraction if the overcrowding is causing too much movement for other teeth, or pushing the tooth forward, promoting gum loss. By extracting teeth, the proper movement of teeth is promoted, as the space created prevent crowding or turning of teeth.
